Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare products, Breakout Buddies cannot accept returns of opened or used pimple patches unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pimple patches
- Items returned after 7 working days
- Products purchased during final sale or promotional periods
- Gift cards (if applicable)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact Breakout Buddies customer support within 7 working days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- If applicable, attach clear photos (for damaged or defective items).
- Wait for return authorization instructions before sending the product back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Breakout Buddies is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Breakout Buddies.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact Breakout Buddies within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
